What can I do with Onnomatra?
Build product landing pages or a full online store, manage your catalog and orders, generate invoices, and work with a team. Paid plans add custom domains, inventory, reports, and more capacity.
Do I need coding skills?
The visual builder lets you arrange sections, text, images, videos, and product elements without writing code. Check the mobile and desktop previews before publishing.
Can I use Onnomatra alongside Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. Share your published store or product links on social channels. Connected messaging features require separate account setup and provider permissions; social orders are not imported automatically just by signing up.
How do orders and payments work?
Review order items, customer details, payment records, delivery information, and invoices in the dashboard. Manual payment details need checking; automatic bKash confirmation requires a configured API account.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Start with the Free plan and its published store, product, order, and storage limits. Compare the current limits and prices on the pricing page before choosing a paid plan.
Which features depend on my plan?
Custom domains, inventory, analytics, and report exports require a paid plan. Customer demographics require Business or Business Plus. Member limits and access to custom templates also vary by plan.
What products can I sell?
The current checkout supports catalog products, variants, stock, and delivery details for physical goods. Automated digital downloads, course access, and digital fulfilment are not included. Products must follow the platform terms.
Can I connect my own domain?
Custom domains are available on Startup, Business, and Business Plus. You need a domain you own, correct DNS records, and successful verification. Domain registration is separate from the subscription.
Do payments and couriers work immediately after signup?
Cash on delivery is available at checkout. Configure the payment methods you want to offer. bKash API payments and courier bookings need valid merchant credentials and provider approval where required. Courier charges are handled by the courier.
Is there a separate mobile app?
Use the responsive website from a mobile browser. A native Android or iOS app is not part of the current offering.
Are abandoned-cart recovery and automatic renewals included?
Automated abandoned-cart recovery is not currently available. Paid subscriptions are renewed through checkout; the current renewal flow does not automatically charge you each billing period.
